This role is responsible forexecuting established processes and procedures while utilizing sound judgmentto address routine challenges. In this position, you'll help ensure our customersreceive accurate and timely invoices while contributing to the overall successof the business through analytical support & administrative functions,including data entry, reporting and basic analysis with a focus on accuracy andattention to detail This role offers the opportunity to workcross-functionally with multiple departments, develop expertise in billingoperations, and make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and companyperformance. What You’ll Do Ensure contract invoicing iscompleted accurately and on time for the portfolio under yourresponsibility, including but not limited to: Set up billing upon receipt of acontract Create contract invoices inaccordance with contract requirements Review and process contractinvoices in the designated ERP system Deliver invoices to clients viaemail, portal upload, or mail Process credit memos and/or creditand rebill transactions as required Collaborate effectively withOperations, FP&A, and Collections teams to answer revenue-relatedquestions and proactively resolve billing issues and exceptions that mayimpact invoice accuracy and timeliness Assist with audit requests andprovide supporting documentation as needed Research escalated items and workon accurate resolutions Support ad hoc projects and specialassignments as needed What We Are Looking For Minimum of 3 years of experience ina Billing or Accounting related position with strong background inAccounts Receivable/Collections Experience delivering invoicesthrough customer web portals Experience working with large ERPsystems, preferably Microsoft Navision or Business Central Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications,including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Exceptional attention to detail andcommitment to accuracy Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills with the ability to interact professionally withcustomers and colleagues Excellent interpersonal,organizational, and time-management skills Professional, reliable, accountableand with exceptional integrity and punctuality Thrives in a collaborative teamenvironment and willingly supports colleagues when needed Ability to manage multiplepriorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines Strong sense of urgency andcommitment to resolving internal and external escalations, includingcomplex or high-profile situations, accurately and efficiently What You Can Expect Competitive compensation package Comprehensive health and wellnessbenefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and LifeInsurance coverage 401(k) retirement savings plan PTO including 9 company-paidholidays Fully stocked breakroom with avariety of snacks and beverages Discounted fitness membershipsthrough our health provider A supportive, team-oriented culturewhere your contributions are valued and your professional growth isencouraged #J-18808-Ljbffr
