Operate grinding machines to shape and finish metal parts Sand, buff, and polish metal surfaces to achieve required finishes Remove imperfections and prepare parts for further processing or assembly Inspect finished products to ensure quality and specification standards Adjust tools and processes to maintain precision and product quality Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules Support overall production processes as needed High school diploma or equivalent Demonstrate ability to operate hand grinders and metal finishing tools preferred Follow safety procedures in a manufacturing environment Lift and handle materials up to 50 pounds Work effectively in a team environment Communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
