Outside Sales Representative

This position is an exciting, 100% fully remote Life Insurance Agent role for individuals seeking a flexible and rewarding career that can be done from the comfort of their own home. We are looking for a self-motivated, results-driven sales professional to engage with potential customers and provide tailored life insurance solutions that meet their needs. In this role, you will have the independence to manage your schedule, with access to daily training and support from some of the top producers in the company. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Leverage our exclusive platform to connect with interested individuals, focusing on engaging and serving clients. Client Engagement: Present and promote life insurance solutions by conducting needs assessments to help clients make informed decisions. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships through follow-ups and ongoing support. Training & Development: Participate in coaching sessions and gain experience from top virtual sales reps. Sales Tracking: Use tools to maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions. Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory standards and company policies. Qualifications: Motivated with a goal-oriented mindset, able to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to offer solutions fitting client needs and budgets. Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (training provided). Previous industry experience is a plus but not required. Compensation: Performance-based earnings, including bonuses and residual income.
