Financial Analyst (Experienced and Senior) Company: The Boeing Company Location: Hazelwood, Missouri. 100% onsite. Relocation assistance available. Responsibilities Financial Operations Support creation and management of the program budget baseline, analyze financial data, prepare reports to aid decision‑making and budget monitoring. Review Earned Value Management (EVM) data to identify performance trends and support month‑end and quarterly closing activities. Prepare financial models to assess business opportunities and risks, assist with presentations for senior management, and maintain compliance with internal controls and policies. Material Cost Analysis Analyze material costs, manage material budget baselines, develop cost models, and provide insights to support decision‑making processes. Develop and maintain cost models to support the budgeting and forecasting of material and subcontracted efforts. Manage Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics related to material and subcontractors. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production teams to gather data on material needs and costs. Prepare reports for management and monitor changes in supplier pricing; support cost control measures and best practices. Financial Controls Develop quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs), manage the program budget, and prepare contractual cost reporting deliverables. Develop the Program’s Long Range Business Plan (LRBP) and track performance against the plan on a monthly basis. Lead the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process. Review Earned Value Management data to identify trends and discrepancies in financial performance. Maintain and improve financial reporting tools and dashboards in a proprietary environment. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies. Qualifications Basic Bachelor’s degree or higher. 3+ years of experience in finance-related roles such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, charts, filters, linking worksheets). 3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM). 3+ years of budgeting and forecasting experience. Preferred 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate in a team environment. Compensation & Benefits Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications. Summary pay range (Experienced, Level3): $90,950 – $123,050. Summary pay range (Senior, Level4): $114,750 – $155,250.
