Whether you're ready to mentor top performers, drive results, or take the next step toward dealership management, this is the place to build your future.What You'll DoEnsure vehicles sales goals are attained by holding team of Sales Representatives accountable to Lithia sales process and customer experience.Manage daily activity of the specified sales staff using the daily work plan in LSMS to ensure sales volume and productivity goals are met.Ensure specified salespeople are engaging directly with the customer.
