Child IDD Care Coordinator (Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities)

Non-Clinical Case Manager

The Non-Clinical Case Manager coordinates referrals, service planning, and client documentation for designated caseload(s).

Minimum Requirements:

• Professional License in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or Social Services preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or Social Services fields preferred
• Experience in Case Management, Behavioral Sciences, Human Services or Social Services preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
