Job Alert: Program Instructor Wanted! New Gateways, Inc. in Waterford, MI is looking for a compassionate, team-oriented Program Instructor to join our team. The role involves supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities by assisting with daily personal care, engaging in community outings, and facilitating skill-building activities. We seek someone comfortable on their feet, able to lift at least 50 lbs, and eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Responsibilities Provide daily personal care for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Assist with community outings. Facilitate skill-building activities. Qualifications Valid driver’s license. Clean driving record. Pass a criminal background check. Work Hours & Compensation Flexible daytime hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM).
