This Progressive Critical Care Unit role involves caring for patients with complex medical and surgical needs, utilizing advanced hemodynamics and Epic EMR experience. Ideal candidates are skilled in handling high acuity cases and adhering to specific clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Critical Care

• Manage care for patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, and complex traumas
• Administer and monitor advanced hemodynamic treatments
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient records and care documentation
• Provide care alongside surgical and medical treatment teams

Requirements of the RN - Critical Care

• Epic experience required
• Competency in advanced hemodynamics and pressor usage
• ACLS certification
• Experience with adult PCU and community hospital ICU
• Completion of competency test within 24 hours of submission
