This Progressive Critical Care Unit role involves caring for patients with complex medical and surgical needs, utilizing advanced hemodynamics and Epic EMR experience. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Critical Care

• Manage care for patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, and complex traumas
• Administer and monitor advanced hemodynamic treatments
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient records and care documentation
• Provide care alongside surgical and medical treatment teams

Requirements of the RN - Critical Care

• Epic experience required
• Competency in advanced hemodynamics and pressor usage
• ACLS certification
• Experience with adult PCU and community hospital ICU
• Completion of competency test within 24 hours of submission
