The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service and sales experience, a basic understanding of manufacturing, and a passion for building customer relationships and delivering exceptional service. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customer accounts, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring customer needs are handled efficiently and professionally. What You’ll Do Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, orders, and account needs via phone, email, and in person. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely communication, order fulfillment, and customer support. Utilize effective phone and communication skills to manage customer interactions and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service preferred. Familiarity with manufacturing environments and MRP systems is a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette.
