You will bring an authentic, fun and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear. Key Responsibilities Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Hit sales targets and exceed expectations by connecting with customers and building lasting relationships. Help new and returning customers in finding products that meet their needs. What We're Looking For Passion for Customer Service: Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but your enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: - 17.08 This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
