Your expertise will directly benefit a small group of approximately 8 students, supported by three talented teaching assistants, ensuring every child receives individualized attention. The hours are a consistent 8:15 am to 3:45 pm schedule, with a 30-minute break for lunch. This full-time onsite position is perfect for passionate educators committed to inclusive learning and creative problem-solving.

What You'll Bring:

• Active Special Education Educator Certificate
• Experience teaching in special education settings, preferably with life skills or similar caseloads
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to collaborate with support staff
• Compassion, adaptability, and a student-centered philosophy
• Excellent communication skills with students, colleagues, and families

Your Role Will Include:

• Planning and delivering tailored instruction for high-functioning students with special needs
• Partnering closely with teaching assistants to promote a positive and collaborative classroom atmosphere
• Developing and tracking IEP goals for each student
• Working directly with families and related service providers to support student growth
