MES Programmer (G-Project)

The MES Programmer is responsible for supporting and troubleshooting manufacturing software systems used in production operations, including testing, packing, and shipping processes. This role provides Level 2 software support, develops and maintains MES-related applications, and works closely with production and engineering teams to ensure system performance and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Provide Level 2 software incident management and troubleshooting support. Develop and maintain software applications for PTH, Testing, Packing, and Shipping processes. Monitor and resolve software and system-related production issues. Work closely with production, engineering, and IT teams to support manufacturing operations. Maintain and update work hours in the Redmine system. Update and manage ticket status in the Redmine ticketing system. Support system improvements, testing, and implementation activities. Create and maintain technical documentation as needed. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred. Experience with MES systems or manufacturing software support preferred. Knowledge of software troubleshooting and incident management. Familiarity with Redmine or similar ticketing systems preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
