Corporate Paralegal (In-House Miami)

Latitude is seeking an experienced corporate paralegal for a permanent in-house position with a global public company headquartered in South Florida. This role will support the company's corporate governance and entity management functions. Applicants should have at least 6 years of corporate paralegal experience gained in an in-house legal department and/or the corporate practice of a law firm, with substantive experience supporting corporate governance and domestic and international entity management. This position is on-site in Miami, with work from home flexibility on Fridays. Requirements For The Senior Corporate Paralegal (In-House, Miami) 6+ years of relevant corporate paralegal experience Experience with corporate governance and subsidiary/entity management Experience maintaining corporate records and preparing corporate governance documents Experience supporting domestic and international legal entities Experience coordinating annual filings, entity compliance requirements, and corporate records across multiple jurisdictions Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field, or paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program Experience with entity management systems, electronic board portals, and corporate records systems is preferred Outstanding references Position Details For The Senior Corporate Paralegal (In-House, Miami) Type of Role: Permanent Schedule: Full-time, on-site Location: Miami, Florida Compensation: Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
