Staff Accountant

The Naz is seeking a Staff Accountant with a passion for serving our church, school, early school, and commons area. This role will work closely with the Finance & Business Director to ensure all aspects of accounting functions are performed accurately and in a timely manner. Responsibilities Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Prepare monthly financial reports Conduct budget analysis and cash flow forecasting Research and reconcile balance sheet discrepancies Facilitate annual audit Manage month-end and year-end close processes File sales tax returns and complete 1099 reporting Perform other duties as assigned The Staff Accountant will also ensure the integrity and confidentiality of accounting and payroll information by researching issues and establishing quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
