Starling Physicians – Physician (Internal Medicine / Family Medicine) Starling Physicians is recruiting Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join an expanding primary care team at our NewBritain location. The position offers a total first‑year compensation potential of over $400,000, competitive vacation time, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for resident teaching. Responsibilities Provide primary care to patients Monday through Friday with no weekend shifts. Participate in shared call rotations. Option to work a four‑day workweek is available. Requirements Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. DEA license and the ability to obtain Connecticut licensure before starting practice.
