Starts at $19/hr! Client's available schedule Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY Conduct behavioral assessments to support individualized support plans. Provide direct care and supervision of assigned consumers. Partner with care teams and train caregivers/staff on interventions and data tracking. Track, analyze, and document progress to update treatment plans. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CLEARANCES High school diploma/GED Must provide or be willing to complete Fatal Five Training Minimum of two years' experience working directly with persons with disabilities or working within behavioral health, psychiatric populations. Valid Driver's License & Must have own vehicle/reliable transportation Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal Produce current CPR & First Aid certification ADVANTAGES Establish a relationship with the largest referral agency for behavioral health in the Philadelphia area.
