This flexible, remote freelance role focuses on improving the quality, accuracy, and safety of cutting-edge speech AI systems. You will engage directly with AI models through structured voice-based interactions and evaluate their responses against defined quality criteria. The work plays a key role in refining natural language understanding, ensuring conversational fluency, and strengthening overall AI performance. You will follow guided scenarios, assess model outputs, and provide structured feedback that directly contributes to model training and optimization. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will actively contribute to improving speech AI systems by generating interactions, evaluating outputs, and providing structured feedback that helps enhance model performance and user experience.

• Participate in structured voice-based conversations with AI systems using predefined prompts and scenarios.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses based on accuracy, relevance, clarity, fluency, and overall conversational quality.
• Provide consistent, objective ratings and qualitative feedback according to project guidelines.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or unclear outputs and document findings for model improvement.
• Ensure tasks are completed within established quality standards and productivity expectations.
• Support ongoing dataset and model refinement efforts through accurate annotation and evaluation.

Requirements:

This role requires strong language proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate conversational AI outputs with consistency and objectivity.

• Native-level fluency in Chinese Simplified .
• Strong English proficiency (B2–C2 level) for understanding guidelines and documentation.
• Experience or interest in AI-related tasks such as data annotation, evaluation, QA, or machine learning workflows (preferred).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to linguistic accuracy and nuance.
• Ability to follow structured instructions and maintain consistency across evaluations.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, task-based freelance environment.
• Previous exposure to AI tools, language models, or speech-based systems is an advantage.
