Equity Operations Analyst (Part-Time) - Boston, MA Our client, a global organization within the professional services and infrastructure sector, is seeking a part‑time Equity Operations Analyst to support the administration of employee equity and stock compensation programs. This role focuses on maintaining accurate data, supporting equity‑related processes, and partnering with internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant program operations. Responsibilities Support the ongoing administration of employee equity and stock‑based compensation programs Maintain and update equity‑related data across internal systems and vendor platforms Perform routine reconciliations and data reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency Prepare standard reports and provide operational support to payroll, finance, legal, and HR teams Assist with equity grant processing, purchases, and vesting‑related activities Support employee lifecycle events impacting equity programs Coordinate regular data exchanges with third‑party vendors Respond to employee and internal inquiries related to equity programs Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting equity or stock compensation programs Experience with Oracle/Fusion and equity administration systems preferred Compensation or total rewards experience a plus Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
