AIRLINE RAMP TURNAROUND COORDINATOR (JFK Airport)
Starting Pay: $26.50/hr. (Full Time)
Job Duties:
- Coordinate aircraft handling activities and ensure load balance documentation
- Supervise ramp operations, baggage handling, and cargo loading
- Maintain trip files and prepare daily performance reports
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory procedures
- Monitor delays, irregularities, and left-behind baggage
Requirements:
- Knowledge of airline systems, procedures, and computer software
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work varying shifts (mornings, evenings, overnights)
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- English proficiency required
- Valid U.S. work authorization
- Must be able to comprehend written policies/procedures
Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months airline experience preferred but not required
- Ramp and bag room experience preferred but not required
- Multilingual candidates preferred but not required
