Full Stack Engineer

This is a highly visible opportunity to help define and build next-generation applications supporting Clinical Asset Management, Cybersecurity, and Clinical Engineering initiatives at TRIMEDX. The engineer will have significant influence on architecture, product direction, integrations, and AI-enabled solutions while partnering directly with leadership, product, data, and engineering teams.
• Design and develop a brand-new portal that integrates into an existing application ecosystem
• Build scalable full stack applications from concept through deployment
• Partner with product teams to translate requirements and designs into technical solutions
• Define architecture, integrations, data flows, and system design decisions
• Integrate multiple APIs and external data sources into applications
• Work closely with Snowflake-backed data environments and analytics platforms
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver new functionality
• Support Clinical Asset Management, Cybersecurity, and Clinical Engineering initiatives
• Participate in deployment, monitoring, and ongoing production support
• Present and demo solutions to stakeholders and leadership teams

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience building full stack web applications end-to-end
• Experience operating in greenfield environments and building products from scratch
• Hands-on experience with modern front-end and back-end technologies
• Experience designing application architecture, integrations, and scalable systems
• Strong API integration and data ingestion experience
• Experience working with cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms
• Proven ability to influence technical decisions and own solutions beyond coding
• Experience participating in deployments, CI/CD processes, and production support
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience building AI-enabled applications
• Experience selecting or implementing AI models, frameworks, or architectures
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, etc.)
• Healthcare technology, clinical engineering, asset management, or cybersecurity experience
• Strong UI/UX and product-minded approach to development
• Experience in data-heavy or analytics-focused environments
• Azure cloud certifications
• Experience presenting solutions to leadership or executive stakeholders
