Patient Care Coordinator 

Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM–7:00 PM (1-hour lunch, 10-hour shifts, rotating 40-hour work weeks)

Responsibilities :

• Welcome patients and visitors professionally in person and by phone
• Schedule patients while maintaining provider flow and patient satisfaction
• Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, phones, and paperwork
• Retrieve, update, and maintain accurate patient records
• Support patient intake and ensure documentation is completed correctly
• Collect patient payments and verify financial information
• Communicate patient arrivals and scheduling updates with the care team
• Maintain front office organization, waiting area, and office supplies
• Assist with patient flow and support the team wherever needed

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of chiropractic office experience preferred
• Prior Patient Care Coordinator or chiropractic front desk experience preferred
• Medical office experience considered for strong candidates
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong understanding of patient scheduling and front desk workflow
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Coachable with interest in long-term growth
• Spanish preferred

Education Requirements :

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of chiropractic office experience preferred
• Strong computer, scheduling, and EMR experience preferred (eClinicalWorks a plus)
