What You'll Be Doing:- Operate industrial baling equipment to compress and process tires
- Feed tires into the machine and secure them properly for processing
- Transfer and move product through each stage of production
- Monitor equipment and system readings to keep operations running smoothly
- Check valves, temperature gauges, and system controls throughout your shift
- 6+ months of mechanical, production, or related experience preferred
- Comfortable operating machinery and following equipment procedures
- Able to lift heavier items as needed
- Basic computer skills a plus
