Sales Coordinator

Supporting a growing Sales Department in a manufacturing and distribution environment, the full-time Sales Coordinator will manage B2B communications, process customer quotes and sales orders, and coordinate order fulfillment activities, with a hybrid schedule that includes one remote day per week. Key responsibilities Manage B2B and internal communications, ensuring smooth information flow Process customer quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately Support the sales closing process and maintain accurate records and documentation Required qualifications Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Order Management Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills High School Diploma or equivalent required Understanding of order processing and sales administration functions
