We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our team and help ensure a smooth, responsive experience for our customers. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day sales coordination, customer communication, order tracking, shipment updates and program maintenance.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to communicate clearly with customers and internal team members.

Responsibilities
·       Collaborate with sales team daily to support customer needs and sales activities.
·       Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
·       Track customer orders and provide accurate shipment status updates.
·       Setup and maintain product information within customer portals.
·       Assist with administrative tasks that support sales operations and customer service.
·       Maintain organized records and follow up on open items to help ensure timely completion.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
·       Strong verbal and written communication skills.
·       Ability to interact with customers and team members in a constructive, positive, and patient manner.
·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
·       Excellent organization, multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
·       Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications
·       High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or equivalent Sales Experience preferred.
·       Experience in sales support, customer service, administration, account coordination, or a related role preferred.
·       Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
·       Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
·       Professional, friendly, and service-oriented communication style.
