Administrative Assistants - Warehouse

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Administrative Assistants - Warehouse for a company in Bensenville, IL. The premise of this role is providing efficient and accurate information to both internal and external company customers to ensure smooth workflow. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($20/HR) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available shifts include:

1. 1st Shift: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday

Operations Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Assist in preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring accuracy of operational data.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor task progress and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support problem-solving by identifying issues and suggesting effective solutions.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and service in all communications.

Operations Administrative Assistant Requirements and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of related experience and/or training
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines.
• Experience with Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
