Job Overview A law firm seeks an Estate Planning Associate in Milwaukee, WI. Prepare and review federal transfer tax returns and income tax returns for trusts and estates. Advise on and implement estate plans, including charitable and business succession planning. Assist with the administration of estates and trusts. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality service. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience in estate planning law. Excellent research, writing, and drafting skills. Superior organizational and time management skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Commitment to client service, professional excellence, integrity, and teamwork. Interest in a collaborative, intellectually stimulating environment. Ability to work full-time, including variable hours. Education J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
