Job Opportunity: RN Pediatric Transport Nurse

Our organization in Savannah, GA is looking for a dedicated RN Pediatric Transport Nurse to deliver exceptional and compassionate care to infants and children during both interfacility and intra-hospital transport.

• Conduct swift pediatric assessments to evaluate patient conditions.
• Manage ventilators and critical infusions effectively.
• Respond promptly to emergencies in both ground and air transport environments.
• Work collaboratively with Emergency Department (ED), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and referring medical teams.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care.
• Provide support to families during challenging and high-stress situations.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in pediatric care, particularly in transport settings, is preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
