Job Opportunity: Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine care needs.
• Administer IV medications and manage wound care, including post-operative care.
• Monitor telemetry and maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards to ensure a secure environment for patients.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current RN license and relevant certifications.
• Experience in a medical-surgical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
