Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Neuro Med-Surg Unit

Our organization in Savannah, GA is on the lookout for a committed Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Med-Surg unit. This role involves providing evidence-based care to individuals facing neurological and complex medical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor their health status.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper treatment protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care processes.
• Oversee discharge planning and ensure a smooth transition for patients.
• Maintain precise documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and safety within the unit.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
• Experience in a medical-surgical or neuro unit is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
