This position involves providing high-quality, evidence-based care at the bedside, conducting thorough assessments, administering medications, and coordinating comprehensive treatment plans for a varied adult patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor health status.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Engage in patient and family education regarding health management.
• Participate in discharge planning and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Qualifications and Requirements
