Your Mission

At Legalstart, we support entrepreneurs throughout their business life.

As a Senior Sales Inbound within the Welcome Call team, your role will be to support entrepreneurs who have purchased a business creation package from us and offer them other support solutions (accounting expertise, professional accounts, domiciliation, etc.)

The objective is clear: to provide an impeccable customer experience while developing the adoption of our various services.

Understand Needs And Support

Prospects already arrive qualified, they have all purchased a support package on our site.

Your role is to:

• Understand their entrepreneurial project;
• Identify their needs and problems;
• Present Legalstart solutions adapted to them;
• Advise them pedagogically throughout their journey.

You interact daily with entrepreneurs of varied profiles: freelancers, consultants, merchants, restaurateurs, liberal professions, artisans, directors of SMEs and large enterprises.

Develop Value For Our Clients

You are comfortable to:

• Present our different offers and subscriptions;
• Support entrepreneurs in their choices;
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
• Respond to objections;
• Establish a lasting trust relationship.

Your goal is to help each entrepreneur find the most suitable solutions for their needs, while contributing to the growth of Legalstart.

Participate In The Continuous Improvement Of The Entrepreneur Experience

You are not joining a static organization.

The Welcome Call team is at the heart of the relationship with our clients and your feedback will have a direct impact on:

• The entrepreneur experience;
• The scripts and customer journeys;
• The commercial processes;
• The offers proposed;
• The tools used by the teams.

You will work daily with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Your Profile

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role.
• Ideally, you have experience with 100% remote work.
• No legal knowledge is required: you will be trained on our offers and products from your arrival.
