Opportunities are available at both locations, with a particular hiring need in Los Alamos.Our care model gives you time to focus on each patient: one-on-one, 45-minute appointments with no overlapping or double-booked schedules.You'll work alongside a clinical director in a supportive environment with robust mentorship opportunities. Whether you're beginning your career or bringing years of experience, this position offers the opportunity to develop your skills while delivering individualized orthopedic care.Patient Care & Team EnvironmentNearly all orthopedic caseloadOne-on-one, 45-minute patient visitsNo overlapping or double-booked appointmentsMentorship and clinical supportTeam structure of up to two staff PTs per location, working alongside the clinical directorResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditionsDevelop and implement individualized plans of careProvide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and other appropriate evidence-based treatmentsMonitor progress and adjust treatment plans as neededEducate patients on their conditions, recovery goals, and home exercise programsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with the clinical director and other team membersContribute to a supportive, patient-focused clinic environmentMinimum QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy programActive New Mexico Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure before startingStrong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skillsCollaborative approach to patient careAll experience levels welcome, including new graduatesCompensation & BenefitsFull-time salary of $75,000–$110,000 annually, based on experienceNew graduates generally start toward the lower end of the rangeProductivity bonuses available, with terms discussed during negotiationsSign-on bonus open to negotiationRelocation assistance open to negotiationGroup health insurance, including dental and visionPaid time offRetirement planPart-time compensation and benefit eligibility will be discussed during the interview process.
