Key Responsibilities Support load-in/load-out of event setups and installations. Assist senior technicians on-site with setup, mounting, or adhesive graphics. Maintain a clean and organized work site and vehicle. Help assemble signs, displays, and fabricated elements under supervision. Use hand tools and light power tools safely and correctly. Learn to read job tickets and basic layout drawings. Assist with the operation of wide-format printers, laminators, and cutting equipment. Weed, trim, and prepare vinyl graphics for application or packaging. Organize and stage materials for fabrication or install jobs. Perform quality control tasks like edge checks, color matching, or packaging. Assist with shipping prep, labeling, and job tracking. Participate in shop clean-up and inventory tasks. Drive team, supplies, tools, and product to client worksite. Key Requirements 1+ years of experience in a production, fabrication, or construction setting (or willingness to learn). Basic knowledge of tools and safety practices. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn on the job. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks safely. Availability for flexible hours, including overnight and weekends. Reliable transportation (you may need to meet at the work site). A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Preferred Any experience with signage, printing, or events is a plus. Experience with vinyl or basic carpentry is desired.
