Customer Service Representative Phoenix, AZ

Looking for a customer-focused professional to join a high-volume contact center supporting banking clients. This role offers paid training, career growth opportunities, and the potential for hybrid flexibility after permanent conversion.
Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment
* Assist with account inquiries, debit card issues, deposits, and basic banking transactions
* Support customers with online and mobile banking navigation
* Provide professional, empathetic customer service
* Follow compliance and security procedures
* Meet quality, attendance, and performance expectations
Requirements:
* Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems
* Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility

* Paid 6-Week Training Program
* Schedule Availability Required: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM-7:00 PM

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
