EDI & B2B Integration Specialist Overview We empower smarter business operations by connecting equipment, software, and services to protect, control and optimize assets within electrical infrastructures. The business provides customers across various industries with end-to-end product and service solutions ensuring reliability and protection of their electrical infrastructure. Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient EDI & B2B Integration Specialist to manage, support, and optimize Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes across our global supply chain. This role ensures seamless integration between customers, suppliers, and internal systems leveraging IBM VAN, Python-based integration, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage daily EDI transactions (850, 855, 856, 810) Ensure timely processing and data accuracy Resolve transaction failures and discrepancies Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Lead onboarding of new EDI partners Coordinate testing and ensure compliance Support connectivity to IBM VAN and monitoring, Python mapping layer, and SAP S/4HANA integrations Diagnose and resolve mapping and connectivity issues Partner and collaborate with SAP BTP integration teams Maintain Python scripts for transformation and validation Develop automation to improve efficiency Monitor and resolve IDoc/API errors Support O2C, P2P, and logistics processes Improve performance, reliability, and scalability Enhance monitoring and reporting Maintain EDI documentation and architecture Ensure compliance with governance standards Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 2-4 years of EDI implementation experience with customers and suppliers Experience with ANSI X12 / EDIFACT standards across multiple versions Experience accessing IBM VAN for transaction monitoring and providing SAP EDI support Preferred: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience Python scripting skills SAP BTP familiarity REST APIs and integration frameworks knowledge Key Competencies Attention to detail Strong troubleshooting skills Effective communication Ability to manage multiple priorities Success Metrics EDI transaction success rate (>99%) Partner onboarding cycle time Issue resolution time System uptime and reliability #J-18808-Ljbffr Dormont Manufacturing Co
