Per Diem MRI Technologist, MSK Nassau

We are seeking a Per Diem MRI Technologist to join our growing team at MSK Nassau. MSK Nassau is a freestanding outpatient facility, located in Uniondale, NY. This site allows us to offer the most-advanced cancer care services closer to home for patients residing in Nassau & Queens, NY counties. Role Overview Perform a variety of MR imaging procedures and functions that require independent discernment and ingenuity with minimal supervision, on patients of all age groups. Primarily MRI, but experience in CT and General X-ray, a plus. Key Qualifications Proficient and registered/certified in MR. High school diploma plus a degree from a 2-year AMA approved Radiology school. ARRT registration. NY State Radiologic Technology license. Core Skills Effective communication skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Desire for personal growth and readiness to tackle challenges. Strong attention to detail. Team-oriented. Location MSK Nassau, 1101 Hempstead Tpke, Uniondale, NY 11553 Schedule Hours flexed between Saturday and Sunday 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.
