LOCATION: Chelsea, MI
SCHEDULE: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday
POSITION OVERVIEW: Join Fastemps as a Die Setter with leadership skills! We are looking for individuals with a strong background in Pressroom Operations and a mechanical inclination. This is a direct hire opportunity where you will play a crucial role in our success as a metal stamping powerhouse company with multiple locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Verify that die maintenance is performed according to the die tag.
• Ensure the Spectrum is set up correctly for each setup.
• Follow die setting procedures for each press, updating setup sheets as needed.
• Keep presses stocked with materials.
• Document piece counts at the end of each run, shift change, or job change.
• Monitor the visual and gauge quality of presses in the assigned area.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Press Operation/Die Setting.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Proficiency with both hand and power tools.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Computer operating and programming skills.
