Business Development Manager (all genders)

What you achieve with us

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities in the region
  • Represent the Business Unit in the US by building strong networks and participating in conferences, trade fairs, and industry events
  • Develop and implement the regional sales and service strategy in close collaboration with the Area Sales Manager and local partners
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the market presence
  • Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Develop regional strategies and business plans in alignment with the overall LOGA strategy
  • Gather and define regional product and solution requirements in close coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Establish and expand the Business Unit's partner network in the region
How you convince us
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Experience in developing new markets or regions, ideally in the US
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Industry experience in logistics and e-commerce is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, and strong negotiation skills
  • Fluent English required; German language skills are a plus
