Core Values (CAPLICO) Customer Second Accountability Passion for Learning Love One Another Intelligent Risk Taking Celebration Ownership Duties • Effectively screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care and develop appropriate plans of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards.

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques; ambulation; therapeutic exercises; modalities; use of supportive and assistive devices; wound care; etc.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to personal physical disorders.
• Provide comprehensive discharge summaries of services per regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist. This position is open to PTs at all experience levels. New graduates welcome. Pay rates are competitive and based on various factors.
