Job Summary Service Center Charlotte - Albemarle Rd – immediate opening for a Collision Estimator responsible for writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration, and providing post‑repair plan communication, including all vehicle status updates to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards. Responsibilities Write estimates for collision repairs. Conduct process reviews and ensure quality control. Check in customer vehicles and manage the intake process. Complete final customer paperwork before vehicle delivery. Finalize total loss administration. Communicate repair plans and vehicle status updates to customers. Requirements 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s company insurance policy. Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. Skills & Knowledge Capability for consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs. Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software. Advanced understanding of repair processes and procedures. Strong sales orientation. Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
