Responsibilities and Qualifications include: Responsible for overall pre‑construction services. BS in a construction related field is preferred. Experience in multi‑family construction preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word and Timberline software. Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail‑oriented.
