In-Home Behavioral Health Case Manager for Kids
Childrens Home Society of Florida
Children's Home Society of Florida (CHS) seeks a dedicated Targeted Case Manager to support children and families across Florida. You will assess needs, coordinate services, advocate system-wide, and provide in-home guidance, working in homes, schools, and community settings to build stability and outcomes. Full-time role at $20.19/hr with a $500 sign-on bonus opportunity and strong benefits including health coverage and a CHS 403(b) match.
