Joliet Area Community Hospice is seeking a Pediatric Team Leader to oversee the Pediatric team and coordinate hospice care. This role involves enhancing team communication, conducting meetings, and ensuring quality patient assessments. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of hospice experience, and prior supervisory experience is preferred.
