Podiatry Care Of Maine is a small business in Portland, ME. We are professional, fast-paced and customer-centric.

We are looking for a personable individual who is willing to work well with patients as well as peers. The ideal applicant is an adept communicator who can listen well and respond in a timely manner. Because this position requires someone to remain calm and collected in stressful situations, we are looking for someone who displays exceptional emotional intelligence and is detail oriented. Additionally, we're looking for an individual who has experience using Microsoft Office programs in order to manage daily office tasks. Experience with EclinicalWorks EHR a plus but will train

Responsibilities:

Answer telephone calls and respond to users in a courteous manner.
Process information accurately and quickly.
Maintain a database of clients' files and records.
Schedule appointments for patients.
Receive copayments.
Be able to multitask.
Handle confidential matters with discretion.
