Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse - Nights - Location unspecified. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. The nurse is responsible for delivering quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and supporting patient discharge planning.
Job Details
- Position Description: This role assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients following organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. It utilizes specialized knowledge and judgment to provide care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of patients.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, BLS certification. Relevant experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months. No minimum years of experience required.
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Employees working at the facility must possess specific fingerprint clearance cards based on their assigned location.
