Finance ManagerThe Finance Specialist works with the Corporate and Line of Business Finance teams. This position will provide a wide range of financial analysis regarding forecast, trends, monthly income statement, and ad hoc reports.Compensation: The salaried rate for this position is $85,000.00 to $90,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. For more information about Aramark benefits, click here.Job Responsibilities:Supports the strategic planning process and the development of the annual business plan, budget and forecast for the business on an annual, monthly and weekly basisSupports the quarterly operating reviews and other executive management reportsRecognizes opportunity and drives improvements with Aramark supplied software toolsAnalyzes and compares monthly and quarterly results, metrics and key performance indicators against plan and other benchmarksAnalyzes productivity (food and labor), marketing and other business initiatives impact on financial resultsResponsible for dashboard accuracy / reconciliation (PMD, Labor Dashboard, etc.)Performs or compiles ad hoc analyses as the need arisesQualifications:At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience with increasing levels of responsibilityRequires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business-related field (finance or accounting preferred)Detailed oriented, strong organization skills and ability to learn quickly while working in a fast-paced multifaceted environmentAbility to adjust priorities to meet timelinesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPointProven excellence in both written and verbal communication skills
