Our client, a respected law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Trial Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience practicing law in California, a strong record of first-chair jury trials , and substantial experience handling personal injury cases at trial.

This role is suited for a seasoned litigator who can take the lead on significant cases, deliver strong courtroom advocacy, and collaborate effectively with attorneys and other team members.

• Lead significant litigation matters from case preparation through trial and resolution.

• Serve as first-chair trial counsel in jury trials, including personal injury matters .

• Develop case strategies, evaluate legal claims, and prepare cases for trial.

• Conduct and oversee depositions, hearings, motions, and other pretrial proceedings.

• Prepare witnesses, develop trial evidence, and present compelling arguments before judges and juries.

• Negotiate settlements when appropriate while maintaining trial readiness.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

• Manage complex cases, court deadlines, and competing priorities while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience practicing law in California .

• At least five jury trials as first-chair counsel.

• Demonstrated personal injury jury trial experience.

• Strong courtroom advocacy, trial strategy, and case management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.

• Ability to independently lead significant cases while working collaboratively within a legal team.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned trial attorney with a proven record of leading jury trials, particularly in personal injury litigation. They should be confident in the courtroom, capable of managing high-stakes cases independently, and committed to delivering strong client representation while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
