You will receive a best in class, total compensation package that provides a comprehensive benefits program with real financial value.What You Will DoYou will be responsible for plastic part manufacturing according to the specifications in order to meet the requirement of quality, cost and delivery time for the siteYou will provide support on new product launch tooling and process at each milestone through production, providing the manufacturing and engineering inputs for development of new process, parts and toolingYou will lead the process design and approval according to the Valeo standards and procedureYou will identify lean and continuous improvement to existing process and tooling related to current product lines with regard to the cost, quality, and/or designYou will involve in a global coordination to improve and define standardsYou will identify and investigate potential new tooling concepts and processesYou will identify lean continuous improvement on cycle time times, change over, scraps, quality, material cost reduction to existing processes related to current product lines with regard to the cost, quality and design You will lead daily continuous improvement activities on the shop floor and formalize the Kaizen card What You Should HaveYou have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, but experience in lieu of education will be consideredYou have no less than 2 years of manufacturing experience You have experience with part/tooling design concepts and/or developmentYou have experience processing plastic components on injection molding machinesYou preferably have automotive manufacturing experience Join us!Thanks to its strategy focused on innovation, Valeo aims at reducing CO² emissions and developing intuitive driving to propose greener, safer, and smarter mobility.
