You will receive a best in class, total compensation package that provides a comprehensive benefits program with real financial value.What You Will DoMaintain and re-engineer current assembly equipment programs during shift hoursProgram assembly equipment to include 6 axis robots, PLCs, cameras, scanners, automation, AIProduction equipment downtime reduction through quick reaction program interventions.Responsible for assembly line process evaluation and cycle time improvementDesign, engineer, and procure assembly equipment for future programsWhat You Should HaveBachelor’s Degree in Robotics and Automation, Controls Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred, but experience in lieu of education will be consideredMinimum of 3 years of Siemens PLC programmingPrevious experience with troubleshooting, implementing, and launching projectsExperience reading electrical prints, ladder logic, and schematics (required)Hands-on floor experience with manufacturing equipment is requiredExperience with Yaskawa Motoman robotic programming and Keyence camera systems is highly desiredAbility to communicate with customers both internal and externalStrong problem solving skills and team focusedAbility to work on productivity improvements (how can we improve a program) in order to reduce production cycle times while maintaining machine capabilitiesWriting and implementing work instructions, PFMEA, and all process documentationJoin us!Thanks to its strategy focused on innovation, Valeo aims at reducing CO² emissions and developing intuitive driving to propose greener, safer, and smarter mobility.
